The final deadline for abstract submission will be the 21st of April 2026.

For those attending as delegates only (without an abstract submission), the General Registration Deadline is May 14th.

About the SSIEM-DG Research Meeting

 

The SSIEM-DG invites abstract submissions to be considered for oral presentation at the research meeting, focusing on: Dietetic Research in Inherited Metabolic Disorders (IMD). The meeting provides an opportunity for dietitians/nutritionists to present research, audit, service evaluation or interesting case studies. We particularly encourage those new to research to submit an abstract. Oral presentations will be a maximum of 15 minutes, including time for questions.

 

The deadline for abstract submission is 21st April 2026. Presenting authors will be informed if accepted by 28th April 2026. Registration is mandatory before or at the time of abstract submission.  Registration link and abstract submission form, please follow the link above. 

 

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES of the research meeting

  • Showcase nutrition and dietetic research in IMD through oral presentations.
  • Actively communicate research ideas and findings.
  • Interact and share ideas with new and established researchers.
  • Develop a foundation for cross-border collaboration research work.
  • Learn about latest research tools and technologies.
