  • About the Society:

The Society for Child Nutrition and Metabolism operates in two primary areas. The Society works to raise awareness, provide information, and educate about hereditary metabolic diseases, which are significant childhood illnesses and are particularly prevalent in families with consanguineous marriages. It also works to address these issues through coordination among relevant authorities. The association also conducts similar activities in the areas of childhood nutrition and nutritional disorders.

The purpose of the society is to prevent metabolic diseases that occur in childhood and to ensure the rapid diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases, most of which occur during this period. To monitor and implement developments in diagnosis and treatment, and to provide necessary information regarding special diet treatments using medical nutrients.

The Society's primary objectives are to ensure that regulations are in line with contemporary scientific principles, and to provide domestic and international equipment, medicines, and manpower if necessary. It also aims to bring together those working in this field and assist in solving these problems.
