SOCIETY FOR THE STUDY
OF INBORN ERRORS OF METABOLISM

SSIEM Academy Application 2024

This is the registration form for the SSIEM 2024 Academy which will take place in Manchester on 22nd and 23rd April 2024.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT THE OFFER OF A PLACE ON THE ACADEMY COURSE.
This will stop automatic reminders to complete the form being sent to you.

An option is available to indicate if you are unable to attend the in person event but may be able to attend if the Academy were to be moved to an online event.
However, please be aware that it is the preference of the faculty that this event be held in person if possible due to the benefits of class room learning and the interactions that can take place more easily in an in-person event.
