• About the Society:

  Aim:

  • To promote public understanding of IEM, advocating for patients and research through public policy forums specially for neonatal screening, facilitating communication
  • To increase scientific, professional and general awareness of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM), by educating and training pediatricians and organizing meetings, conferences and workshops
  • To support patients and families in their contacts with governmental institutions and NGOs
  • To cooperate with other relevant national and international organizations concerned with IEM disorders
