Letter from the course Scientific Committee

Medical nutrition therapy is an important part of inherited metabolic diseases treatment. Diagnosis and management of these diseases require a multidisciplinary approach in which dietitians/nutritionists play a crucial role in the care of these patients. It is our great pleasure to organise a course for dietitians/nutritionists and other health care professionals who work in this field to join us on the beautiful Adriatic coast and to learn about medical nutrition therapy. We would be very thankful if you could be so kind to forward information about the course to your colleagues, dietitians and nutritionists in your institutes and to those that would benefit from this training. Ivo Barić, MD, PhDDepartment of Paediatrics, University Hospital Centre, Zagreb & School of Medicine,University of Zagreb, CroatiaJúlio César Rocha, Nutritionist, PhD Reference Centre of Inherited Metabolic Diseases – CHULC, Lisbon & NOVA Medical School, University NOVA of Lisbon & CINTESIS, PortugalValentina Rahelić, BSc, PhD Department of Nutrition and Dietetics University Hospital Center Zagreb, Croatia
